About the role
Responsibilities
- Nurture larger named accounts and enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle
- Expand outreach to existing contacts and new opportunities in collaboration with BDRs
- Manage customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas
- Work with the Growth team to increase product awareness
- Guide customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion
- Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering teams
- Create content and refine scripts to support the customer journey
- Maintain pipeline data and account information in the internal CRM
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in named account management, customer success, or related roles
- Understanding of customer journeys and product-development feedback loops
- Technical knowledge of cloud-based SaaS implementations and integrations
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
