About the role

Responsibilities

  • Nurture larger named accounts and enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Expand outreach to existing contacts and new opportunities in collaboration with BDRs
  • Manage customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas
  • Work with the Growth team to increase product awareness
  • Guide customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion
  • Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering teams
  • Create content and refine scripts to support the customer journey
  • Maintain pipeline data and account information in the internal CRM

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in named account management, customer success, or related roles
  • Understanding of customer journeys and product-development feedback loops
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-based SaaS implementations and integrations
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
