About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, draft, and review client briefs to ensure project alignment
- Oversee the delivery of integrated, hyper-personalised digital marketing campaigns
- Liaise with clients to manage expectations, clarify requirements, and provide proactive updates
- Distill and transfer client feedback effectively to designers, copywriters, and developers
- Prioritise team workloads and manage agency capacity in partnership with the Account Director
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all success criteria
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business objectives to act as a trusted adviser
Requirements
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct marketing
- Proven experience with email and banner campaign execution
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to contribute new ideas to the agency
- Basic understanding of financials and budget management
- Ability to work efficiently within short timeframes and meet tight deadlines
