Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across ANZ, from first outreach to close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative sourcing
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop executive relationships and day-to-day champions within accounts
- Guide prospects through trials, technical evaluations, security reviews, and procurement
- Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies for the ANZ market
- Navigate complex buying committees across engineering, IT, security, and finance
- Provide actionable customer feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy
- Help establish and refine Cursor’s enterprise motion in ANZ
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of closing experience in tech sales (developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, or AI preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience selling into enterprise companies in Australia and/or New Zealand
- Proven track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with technical stakeholders and CTOs
- Proactive hunter mentality with ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
