Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, working with engineering leaders, CTOs, and procurement teams
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets
- Develop executive relationships and become a trusted product expert to guide prospects through trials and rollouts
- Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies and analyze market trends
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of closing experience in tech sales
- Experience selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging technologies
- 1-3 years of experience selling into Enterprise companies
- Proven track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with technical stakeholders
- Proactive hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
