Responsibilities
- Own the pre-sale relationship for a portfolio of key current accounts as a trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products to current customers to drive expansion and upselling
- Act as a product expert to help clients integrate tools into their daily workflows
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure high product health and retention
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce regarding account sentiment and forecasts
- Meet and exceed quota targets
- Travel up to 25% for on-site business reviews and industry conferences
Requirements
- 4+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
- Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in competitive or market intelligence product sales
