Responsibilities

• Leverage personal creator networks to identify and recruit high-potential creators
• Tap into entertainment, lifestyle, and media connections to surface talent
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective creators through social media and industry events
• Guide new creators through onboarding, paywall mechanics, and content monetization
• Build authentic, trust-based relationships with creators
• Stay on the cutting edge of creator monetization trends and competitive platforms
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust outreach strategies to hit targets

Requirements

• Personal experience as a content creator or influencer, including monetizing content via subscription or paywall platforms
• A genuine first-person network of creators in entertainment, lifestyle, or media
• Familiarity with creator platforms from the creator's perspective
• Proven track record in sales, talent acquisition, or business development
• Competitive, hustle-driven mentality with a bias for action
• Deep understanding of the creator economy
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard business tools

Benefits

• Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year DOE, competitive base + commission
