About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow the territory by identifying and connecting with new licensed growers across NY and NJ
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts and large-scale facility operators
- Consult with clients on-site to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate tools, substrates, and plant care supplies
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates within the CRM system
Requirements
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in commercial growing or greenhouse sales
- Strong knowledge of cultivation setups, including growing media, watering systems, and plant care supplies
- Proven track record of successful sales territory management
- Must reside in New York or New Jersey
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer cultivation sites
- Valid driver's license
