About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing using creative, consultative selling techniques
  • Partner with technical experts to assess client needs and deliver tailored IT proposals
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to decision-makers
  • Manage a precise sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of seamless, client-first solutions

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of successful consultative or solution-based sales experience
  • Proven confidence in presenting to C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-account portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in complex sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
  • Experience selling premium, value-based services
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong
