Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Process and quote submissions accurately and on time using the digital platform
• Learn and apply management and professional liability underwriting fundamentals
• Follow up on open quotes and manage the quote queue
• Support broker relationships with responsiveness and professionalism
• Capture and relay broker feedback to improve guidelines and experience
• Represent Counterpart at broker meetings and local industry events
• Work toward individual and team premium and submission targets
• Leverage Agentic AI tools in daily workflows

Requirements

• 1–2 years of underwriting, insurance, or related experience
• Exposure to management liability, professional liability, or specialty lines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workflows
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Adaptability and coachability in a fast-paced environment
• College degree or equivalent experience
