About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through daily prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database canvassing
- Book and conduct multiple qualified product demonstrations per week
- Drive deals from initial contact to close within 2–12 month sales cycles
- Present compelling, ROI-driven proposals to US-based decision-makers
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
- Re-engage dormant accounts to identify and create new business opportunities
- Participate in industry trade shows to represent the brand and generate leads
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on "hunting" and new business acquisition
- Proven ability to build a book of business from scratch without relying on inbound leads
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and concise web-based demos
- Proficiency with BANT or similar structured sales qualification methodologies
- High level of technical comfort with Salesforce, Outlook, and Excel
- Fluency in English to confidently sell to a majority US-based client base
- High energy, urgency, and a coachable mindset
