About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with qualified leads
- Understand client goals, financial readiness, and desired outcomes
- Recommend appropriate Contrarian Thinking programs, events, or memberships
- Own the full sales cycle from consultation to enrollment
- Track performance, pipeline, and feedback to improve conversion rates
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimize messaging and lead flow
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in consultative sales
- Experience in education, coaching, SaaS, or financial services preferred
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals
- Strong ability to listen, empathize, and tailor solutions
- High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
