Account Executive - Commercial Lines

Responsibilities

• Provide client service assistance and support to producers and commercial clients via telephone, email, and in-person visits
• Manage the renewal process by coordinating data collection, preparing proposals, and negotiating rates and coverage with carriers
• Lead marketing efforts for both renewals and new business, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of quotes
• Assist in the resolution of claims issues with insurance carriers
• Perform technical coverage and contract reviews in collaboration with Client Service Managers
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files and document all client communications in the agency system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years of related insurance experience or training
• Valid Florida 220 Property & Casualty license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance designation equivalent to AAI or CIC
• Experience using Epic software
