Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of existing commercial customers accountable for expansion, net revenue retention, and renewals
- Proactively multi-thread into engineering, data, and product leadership to identify expansion opportunities
- Monitor usage commitments and engage customers to right-size commercial structures as product and model landscapes evolve
- Execute high-judgment renewal motions ranging from transactional to complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Help shape and execute emerging account tiering and prioritization strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and RevOps to tighten feedback loops from the field
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing expansion and renewal cycles within a book of business
- Experience selling technical products such as dev tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms
- Strong commercial mindset with comfort navigating usage-based models
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments
- Proven track record of outperformance (e.g., President's Club or top-quartile results)
- Excellent communication and technical storytelling skills
