About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by approaching clients and practicing Value Selling to close contracts
  • Collaborate with BDR teams to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Develop sales strategies and manage target account lists to increase brand awareness in the Japanese market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their deep needs
  • Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to lead sales activities
  • Track sales progress, analyze results, and propose strategic improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience using Value Selling methodologies
  • Proven ability to plan against sales targets and execute necessary activities with high motivation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com or similar tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new cloud applications and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both domestic Japanese and foreign-capital companies
  • Strong sense of autonomy, coachability, and collaborative spirit
  • Growth mindset with a focus on organizational success and continuous improvement
