About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by approaching clients and practicing Value Selling to close contracts
- Collaborate with BDR teams to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop sales strategies and manage target account lists to increase brand awareness in the Japanese market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their deep needs
- Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to lead sales activities
- Track sales progress, analyze results, and propose strategic improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience using Value Selling methodologies
- Proven ability to plan against sales targets and execute necessary activities with high motivation
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and clients
- Ability to quickly adapt to new cloud applications and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both domestic Japanese and foreign-capital companies
