About the role
About the Company
Coframe is building the world's first AI Growth Engineer. We are the only marketing technology company officially partnered with OpenAI, working directly with their team to co-train models for our specific use cases. Backed by tier-1 investors like Khosla Ventures and Nat Friedman, we enable AI Agents to autonomously design, code, debug, and deploy A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospect interest and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Drive deals by running discovery, value presentations, demos, and POCs
- Navigate legal processes and prove ROI to multi-stakeholders including CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs
- Work with leadership to refine sales methodology and codify learnings into playbooks and templates
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to provide market intelligence and customer feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B tech sales
- Proven history of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in value-based selling and mapping technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Mastery of discovery and uncovering business goals
- Ability to sell to both end-users and executive decision-makers
- Builder mentality with an interest in creating systems from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI or MarTech sectors
- Deep curiosity and passion for artificial intelligence
- Entrepreneurial background or experience working at a startup
