Account Executive (Client Services)

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the client's sponsorship portfolio and track fulfillment of contractual assets
• Manage day-to-day operations and communications for various Atlanta-based sports and entertainment properties
• Plan and execute on-site activities including catering, security, staffing, and shipping logistics
• Construct activation plans, sponsorship recaps, and budget reconciliation documents
• Facilitate weekly status calls and maintain agendas and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee ticket management across all assigned properties
• Act as a liaison between internal Octagon teams, client departments, and agency partners

Requirements

• 1-2 years of agency, client service, or sponsorship marketing experience
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or event logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on event schedules
• Willingness to travel domestically (anticipated travel 0-15%)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve problems independently
