Clarion is rebuilding how healthcare communicates in the age of AI. We build communication infrastructure and AI agents that handle workflows like scheduling, billing, and prescription refills, allowing healthcare teams to focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify mid-market to enterprise opportunities across health systems and specialty groups
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Conduct discovery using consultative value selling to uncover operational challenges
- Lead high-impact demos mapping capabilities to customer pain points and ROI
- Sell strategically to the C-suite and build consensus across stakeholders
- Drive predictable revenue through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts and collaborate with Growth Leads on strategic pilots
Requirements
- 2-3 years of enterprise SaaS experience owning complex sales cycles
- Proven prospecting ability via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Strong value-based selling skills for C-suite engagement
- Experience closing high-retention 6-figure contracts
- Ability to navigate legal and procurement processes
- Proficiency in sales tools and methodologies
- Ability to work from the NYC office 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Conversational or Voice AI
