About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals
  • Schedule appointments and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process
  • Build rapport with potential accounts and explain service capabilities
  • Prepare contracts to close sales
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems to maintain and track client and lead information

Requirements

  • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling via phone and in the field
  • Strong organizational skills and territory management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
