About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals
- Schedule appointments and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process
- Build rapport with potential accounts and explain service capabilities
- Prepare contracts to close sales
- Utilize and manage CRM systems to maintain and track client and lead information
Requirements
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
- Demonstrated success with cold calling via phone and in the field
- Strong organizational skills and territory management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
