Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, such as pipeline growth, opportunity and revenue targets
- Prospect and identify potential customers through lead generation methods, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Execute sales process and tasks through HubSpot CRM
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience sourcing and closing deals with SMBs
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions from prospecting to closing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
