About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools
- Act as the primary contact for major accounts and handle escalations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives
- Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellence
- Provide coaching and direction to team members
- Monitor KPIs and oversee daily operations to ensure consistent results
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily
