Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and contract execution
- Lead executive-level conversations with CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, and CIOs
- Meet and exceed quota and maintain a 5X pipeline in CRM
- Diagnose prospect challenges and develop clear ROI narratives
- Build and execute multi-threaded deal strategies including stakeholder mapping and procurement navigation
- Collaborate with SDR partners on joint outreach and account coverage
- Drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain real-time CRM hygiene
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product for tailored demos
Requirements
- 8–15 years of enterprise outside sales experience
- At least 5 years in acute care or health system environments
- Proven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to independently close six-figure deals
- Executive presence and C-suite communication skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience navigating health system procurement, legal, and compliance
- Ability to travel 40–50% within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling patient engagement, care coordination, or clinical workflow SaaS
- Familiarity with value-based care, HCAHPS, and hospital quality improvement
- Background in consulting, clinical operations, or healthcare IT advisory
- Trained in MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or comparable enterprise sales methodology
