Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for the Benefits All In program, managing relationships between brokers, employer clients, and internal teams.
• Manage renewal and re-enrollment processes, including negotiating underwriting offers and presenting plan design changes.
• Develop and execute complex client relationship plans to ensure service satisfaction, profitability, and account retention.
• Identify clients at risk of attrition and implement strategic plans to retain business.
• Coordinate stewardship meetings and provide quarterly/semi-annual reporting for assigned brokers and regional business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing block of business to drive new lines of coverage.
• Conduct product and technology platform enrollment training for key agencies and brokers.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with moderate supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the voluntary or worksite marketplace.
• Active Life and Health license (or the ability to obtain one within the first year of employment).
