About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product value to prospective clients and manage a proactive sales pipeline
- Lead existing client relationships to drive incremental growth and build trust
- Own the design of RFP processes for existing and incremental business in collaboration with Strategy and Marketing teams
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and service delivery metrics to develop strategic, customized recommendations
- Lead account business reviews and goal-setting sessions
- Work cross-functionally to implement plans and identify pathways for campaign success
Requirements
- 7+ years of video or programmatic outbound sales experience (e.g., ad network, DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or similar)
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Established relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and brand directs
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to clients
- Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in New York
