Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product value to prospective clients and manage a proactive sales pipeline
• Lead existing client relationships to drive incremental growth and build trust
• Own the design of RFP processes for existing and incremental business in collaboration with Strategy and Marketing teams
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and service delivery metrics to develop strategic, customized recommendations
• Lead account business reviews and goal-setting sessions
• Work cross-functionally to implement plans and identify pathways for campaign success

Requirements

• 7+ years of video or programmatic outbound sales experience (e.g., ad network, DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or similar)
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
• Established relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and brand directs
• Strong quantitative and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to clients
• Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in New York
