About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned HVAC OEM accounts in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Support the expansion of presence within the European heat pump market through strategic OEM partnerships.
- Manage large, high-volume manufacturing customers and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and pricing reviews to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct structured account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the HVAC sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM account management, key account management, technical sales, or business development.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with large industrial customers.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working within high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the HVAC industry, specifically with compressors, controls, heat pumps, or refrigeration.
- Experience selling to large OEM manufacturers with high annual production volumes.
- Background in high-volume industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or electronics.
- Technical understanding of engineered products and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in multiple Central and Eastern European languages.
