About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across assigned HVAC OEM accounts in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Support the expansion of presence within the European heat pump market through strategic OEM partnerships.
  • Manage large, high-volume manufacturing customers and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and pricing reviews to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct structured account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the HVAC sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM account management, key account management, technical sales, or business development.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with large industrial customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience working within high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the HVAC industry, specifically with compressors, controls, heat pumps, or refrigeration.
  • Experience selling to large OEM manufacturers with high annual production volumes.
  • Background in high-volume industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or electronics.
  • Technical understanding of engineered products and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in multiple Central and Eastern European languages.
