About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives for the assigned territory, including product and service penetration.
  • Uncover new opportunities, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to meet business goals and budgets.
  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Communicate market intelligence to decision-makers within each account.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans, forecasts, and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Identify areas for market expansion within the assigned portfolio and territory.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3+ years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably to hospitals or imaging centers.
  • Proven experience managing large quotas and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and forecasting.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75%.
  • Must have a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment (Angiography).
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare field.
  • Professional sales training in methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, or Miller-Heiman.
