About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Partner with SDRs to drive effective pipeline generation
  • Utilize automation tools to identify, segment, and engage potential customers
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations
  • Provide product demonstrations and articulate value propositions
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and optimize workflows
  • Maintain and optimize CRM usage via HubSpot

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a full-stack sales role (AE/SDR/BDR) within the software industry
  • Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Expertise in lead list building and automation tools
  • Experience maintaining email infrastructure for outbound engagement
  • Strong research and CRM management skills
  • Highly proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling mid-market finance software (ERP, spend management, invoicing, etc.)
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup
