Account Executive C

Responsibilities

• Support administrative credit functions, including integration, analysis, and credit determination.
• Manage the commercial pipeline from initial diagnosis and technical proposal to final service implementation.
• Provide operational and commercial client service under the guidance of Senior Account Executives.
• Execute commercial strategies to meet individual regional goals through the placement of transactional products and high-value banking services.
• Design strategies for corporate payroll attraction and deposit capture to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Bank and the client.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Extensive experience in small business banking.
• Extensive experience in negotiation and closing financial conditions with executives.
• Practical knowledge of banking products and digital banking.
• Practical knowledge of risk management.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High orientation toward results and customer service.
