Responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to qualify leads
- Perform product demos and virtual meetings to showcase solutions and overcome objections
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align on goals
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities within CRM software
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development
- Experience in the SaaS industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
