Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to qualify leads
  • Perform product demos and virtual meetings to showcase solutions and overcome objections
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align on goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within CRM software

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Experience in the SaaS industry preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
