About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction
- Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms
- Attend workshops and conferences to enhance industry knowledge
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in HubSpot
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to match candidates with client requirements
- Partner with the product team to improve contractor-facing tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales
- Experience in a construction-related field preferred
- Proven history of building successful client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
