Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Arizona
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms
  • Attend workshops and conferences to enhance industry knowledge
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to match candidates with client requirements
  • Partner with the product team to improve contractor-facing tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction
  • Intimate familiarity with the Phoenix area
  • Proven history of building successful client relationships
  • High tolerance for rejection and a fearless mindset
  • Superior communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot
