Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Arizona
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms
- Attend workshops and conferences to enhance industry knowledge
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in HubSpot
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to match candidates with client requirements
- Partner with the product team to improve contractor-facing tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction
- Intimate familiarity with the Phoenix area
- Proven history of building successful client relationships
- High tolerance for rejection and a fearless mindset
- Superior communication skills
- Proficiency with CRMs like HubSpot
