BRM is a high-growth startup using AI digital assistants to help companies find and manage tools. We are on a mission to arm people with the right tools to do their best work, bringing power back to the buyer by automating renewals, contract location, negotiations, and compliance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities reporting to the cofounder/CEO
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and create tailored value propositions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform sales strategies and product improvements
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-growth environments
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable mindset
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week
