About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly net new revenue targets
- Consistently generate robust pipeline in support of targets
- Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
- Communicate customer feedback to the Braze product team
- Collaborate across departments including Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
- Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
- Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
- Work with Success and Onboarding managers to transition clients from pre-sales to ongoing usage
Requirements
- At least 4 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions
- Experience selling technically integrated products
- Proven ability to generate and manage own pipeline
- Consultative and storytelling-based selling approach
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to navigate large SaaS investments and influence multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable in high-growth, fast-changing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams
- Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions
