About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly net new revenue targets
  • Consistently generate robust pipeline in support of targets
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Communicate customer feedback to the Braze product team
  • Collaborate across departments including Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities
  • Work with Success and Onboarding managers to transition clients from pre-sales to ongoing usage

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling technically integrated products
  • Proven ability to generate and manage own pipeline
  • Consultative and storytelling-based selling approach
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to navigate large SaaS investments and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable in high-growth, fast-changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams
  • Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions
