Account Executive - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and consistent daily cold-calling
• Manage and cultivate existing business using a full suite of broadcast and digital marketing products
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective multi-platform marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations to meet client expectations for both Hispanic and General Markets
• Organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks to maximize business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Self-motivated "go-getter" attitude with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform consistent outreach and lead generation through cold-calling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital or media sales
• Experience managing complex, multi-platform advertising campaigns
• Background in audio advertising or experience with iHeartMedia products
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing data
• Established professional connections within the local market
