Responsibilities

  • Foster new relationships through target account selling and navigate key senior decision-makers within top-tier accounts
  • Lead in-depth conversations regarding Talent/Work Transformation strategy needs
  • Initiate, negotiate, and secure new large enterprise and mid-size customers
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Success teams to craft custom value propositions
  • Serve as the voice of large customers by sharing feedback with product, success, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in SaaS/B2B Enterprise software and data solutions sales
  • Understanding of how AI is changing the face of work
  • Experience selling disruptive Work software or knowledge of the enterprise HR tech landscape (ATS, HCM, CRM)
  • Experience working with Partners such as Enterprise Systems providers, Systems Integrators, or Cloud Service Providers
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
  • Track record of driving new business with deals ranging from $500k to $3m TCV
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations at various stages of engagement
