Account Executive - BD

Responsibilities

• Develop direct sales teams and distribution channels to grow medical and non-medical business lines
• Manage the direct business portfolio and provide high-level service to clients
• Conduct product presentations internally and externally
• Identify market trends and target customer needs to recommend service offerings
• Work with underwriters to retain existing business and develop new corporate and individual accounts
• Liaise with operational areas to ensure quality service for medical customers
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Analyze internal workflows and implement new strategies and procedures
• Conduct quarterly and monthly reviews with clients

Requirements

• Graduate degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales or client servicing
• BIBF Diploma in Insurance, LOMA, or FLMI preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in English; bilingual preferred
