About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle including sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Consistently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Drive deals to close within defined ICP segments (25-250 employees)
  • Maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene
  • Partner with the Growth team to refine messaging, targeting, and top-of-funnel strategy
  • Contribute to building repeatable sales processes and GTM playbooks

Requirements

  • Proven top performer in a sales role with 1+ years of closing or quota-carrying experience preferred
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong interest in modern sales tooling and automation
  • High-agency self-starter capable of driving outcomes
