About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
- Consistently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- Drive deals to close within defined ICP segments (25-250 employees)
- Maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene
- Partner with the Growth team to refine messaging, targeting, and top-of-funnel strategy
- Contribute to building repeatable sales processes and GTM playbooks
Requirements
- Proven top performer in a sales role with 1+ years of closing or quota-carrying experience preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong interest in modern sales tooling and automation
- High-agency self-starter capable of driving outcomes
