Responsibilities
- Originate new business opportunities and close deals with enterprise clients
- Build durable relationships and inspire trust with C-level executives
- Propose innovative solutions to complex legal staffing problems
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to support strategic opportunities
- Provide thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a consultative B2B sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
- Experience managing complex sales processes from prospecting to close
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a senior individual contributor in a high-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex deals across various client stages simultaneously
