Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise home services customers
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points
  • Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca’s AI to customer outcomes
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression with high accuracy
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to close complex deals
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap and positioning
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to run complex sales cycles and close high-ACV deals
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to ask insightful questions
  • Comfort selling to operators, founders, and revenue leaders
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of explaining technical concepts simply
  • Highly organized and proactive in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to work in-office full-time in NYC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to home services, SMBs, or operations-heavy businesses
  • Familiarity with call centers, customer support, or revenue operations
  • Experience working in early-stage startups
