Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of professional real estate clients in the Paris region (on-site and remote)
- Develop commercial proposals including ad subscriptions and digital solutions to capture buyers and sellers
- Close contracts while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Maintain close client relationships, measure satisfaction, and provide performance recommendations
- Use data to demonstrate product value and sell solutions
- Collaborate with internal support, marketing, and product teams
- Report activities and results to management using internal tools
Requirements
- B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate, online advertising, or digital solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Consultative selling approach
- Proficiency with digital tools and online advertising solutions
- High level of autonomy and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs
