Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of professional real estate clients in the Paris region (on-site and remote)
• Develop commercial proposals including ad subscriptions and digital solutions to capture buyers and sellers
• Close contracts while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain close client relationships, measure satisfaction, and provide performance recommendations
• Use data to demonstrate product value and sell solutions
• Collaborate with internal support, marketing, and product teams
• Report activities and results to management using internal tools

Requirements

• B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate, online advertising, or digital solutions
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Consultative selling approach
• Proficiency with digital tools and online advertising solutions
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs
