Our mission is to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable for everyone by helping law firms and in-house teams restructure their delivery models around AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales motion from cold to close across law firms and in-house legal teams
- Build the sales playbook, including discovery scripts, demo flows, and pricing posture
- Structure deals as fixed-fee engagements rather than seat-based subscriptions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product inputs
- Represent the company at practice-specific conferences and industry events
- Utilize AI-driven sales tools like Clay, Apollo, and custom agents to drive performance
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a closing sales role (SaaS, Legal Tech, or B2B Enterprise preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex, multi-threaded sales
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to conduct deep discovery
- Ability to navigate technical conversations and translate value for non-technical buyers
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into legal, professional services, or highly regulated industries
- JD or prior legal industry experience
