Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market deals, typically £35K–£200K ACV
  • Self-generate most of your pipeline through proactive sourcing and qualification
  • Conduct product demonstrations independently
  • Act as a partner to product and engineering by providing customer signals to inform the roadmap
  • Shape EMEA sales strategy by informing ICP, pricing, and competitive differentiation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in net-new, B2B deals
  • Proven track record carrying a £550K+ quota with 80%+ attainment
  • Ability to self-source a meaningful share of pipeline
  • Fluency with MEDDPICC or an equivalent disciplined sales process
  • AI-native approach using tools like Claude or ChatGPT for research and productivity
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work in the London office five days a week
