Account Executive Architectural Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategic plans to drive specification and market share growth.
• Drive specifications within CSI divisions 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 to leverage competitive advantages.
• Partner with architects, engineers, specification writers, and designers to illustrate product strengths.
• Educate the architectural community and internal teams on reference standards and building rating systems.
• Present CEU and branded presentations to target Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms.
• Identify and track sales leads and large project updates using CRM tools.
• Maintain active participation in professional organizations such as AIA and CSI.
• Conduct competitive product comparisons to identify market opportunities and weaknesses.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid passport for potential international travel.
• Ability to work all scheduled hours and travel overnight as required.
• Experience in commercial sales or specialized coatings sales is preferred.
