About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from account-level strategy to closing
- Conduct high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations
- Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Establish meaningful relationships with customers as a multifamily expert
- Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Travel up to 25% for industry events and customer meetings
Requirements
- 6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role
- Multifamily SaaS sales experience required
- Experience selling new products to current customers
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and Zoominfo
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Disciplined and adaptable self-starter
