Responsibilities

  • Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities within the UC and IP communication sectors
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, resellers, and key stakeholders
  • Engage with end customers and prospects to understand needs and position Algo solutions effectively
  • Establish regular touchpoints with partners and industry organizations to stay ahead of market trends
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track, manage, and optimize sales activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in UC, IP communication, or telephony sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in telecommunications
  • Working knowledge of IP-based communications, VoIP, networking, SIP, paging, and Unified Communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Fluency in English
