About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories
  • Leverage existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles
  • Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions
  • Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally
  • Run a tight product feedback loop with the Solana engineering team to maintain competitive advantage
  • Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories

Requirements

  • Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem
  • 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting targets in high-growth, technical markets
  • Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams in dev tooling or infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets
  • Genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana
