Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to demos and closing
  • Target Saudi recruitment agencies and corporate clients
  • Deliver tailored demos showcasing ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handoffs
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
  • Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs including conversion, win rate, and ARR

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Consultative and resourceful approach to sales
