Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Prospect the territory and analyze markets to develop effective market development strategies.
• Manage and plan territory activities to generate profitable growth and meet sales forecasts.
• Utilize CRM tools to plan, schedule, and report on day-to-day customer activities and leads.
• Develop professional commercial proposals and negotiate contracts that meet customer needs.
• Implement "Need Satisfaction Selling" to build accurate pictures of customer requirements and close sales.
• Secure customer loyalty by acting as a primary contact and solving problematic situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite products, services, and applications.
• Foundational knowledge of contract law and financial management.
• Ability to travel throughout the province of Saskatchewan, including some overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in professional selling skills.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
