About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution for the mid-market segment
- Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, strategic email outreach, and social selling
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and establish a compelling case for change
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Lead commercial discussions, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and opportunity data within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead conversion and sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven success closing net new business deals in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong outbound prospecting expertise and comfort with high-volume cold outreach
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline effectively
- Consultative sales approach with strong discovery and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with modern sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven, remote environment
