Account Executive, Agency Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of agency relationships, focusing on major holding companies and healthcare media teams
• Drive new revenue through the adoption and activation of healthcare audiences across multiple client accounts
• Educate agency teams on healthcare audience strategies, including clinical and therapeutic interest-based targeting
• Position audiences within programmatic workflows such as DSPs and data marketplaces
• Identify opportunities tied to healthcare campaign briefs and brand launches
• Partner with internal Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategies

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or data sales
• Proven experience selling into agencies, ideally supporting healthcare or life sciences clients
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems including DSPs, onboarding, and identity
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing use cases like HCP and patient engagement
